I’m Rebecca Heard (aka Bec), a creative problem solver and brand storyteller.

I have a varied background, with over a decades worth of experience in agency Strategy roles, across creative, communication, customer experience and CRM, giving me a unique, holistic approach to solving complex business problems. 

I specialise in uncovering and leveraging human insights to inform effective brand, communication, and customer led strategies for clients. I am passionate about unpicking the ‘why’, and getting to the core of what makes us tick. 

I have recently decided to venture into the freelance space, and am now available to work directly with agencies and brands on a freelance or contract basis.
